Processing Time

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed from the time your product is purchased.

Processing time does not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 tracked.

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

Temporary Out Of Stock With Publisher

We endeavor to keep out of stock products updated. If you buy a product which is found to be temporary out of stock, For the love of romance bookstore will email you with the options to either cancel the order or to leave the product on backorder.

Packaging & Care

We take care to package all items securely 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as outlined below.

Lost or Delayed Orders

• If your order is delayed, please allow reasonable time for Royal Mail to deliver before contacting us

• If your order is lost, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The outer packaging

This allows us to investigate and offer a refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply.
