Processing Time

Please allow 2 working days for your order to be processed from the time your product is purchased.

Processing time does not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri depending on product brought.

Bookmarks are sent via Royal Mail 1st class

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aim to deliver within 2–3 working days

. Evri: Aim to deliver within 3-5 working days

Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and Evri and are not guaranteed.

Packaging & Care

We take care to package all items securely 

• Glass tumblers and cups are wrapped with protective materials

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as outlined below.

Lost or Delayed Orders

• If your order is delayed, please allow reasonable time for Royal Mail or Evri to deliver before contacting us

• If your order is lost, please contact us and we will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The outer packaging

This allows us to investigate and offer a refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage costs may apply.
